The Board Directory is a closed, curated member database for senior board members and leaders searched by leading board headhunter and private equity firms such as Advent International, Egon Zehnder, Heidrick & Struggles, Korn Ferry, Lygon Group, Russell Reynolds, Sapphire Partners and Spencer Stuart. Members represent over 36% of FTSE 100 boards and executive committees and 30% of the FTSE 250 boards.

It ensures members can be found for executive and non-executive searches. Members have state of the art profiles allowing them to comment directly to the search firms, show the full breadth of their experience and skillsets and have their board roles automatically updated.

Eligibility

It is open to leaders and board members of the largest companies globally and partners, both serving and retired, of the largest professional services firms. It is also open to the leaders of the largest banks, arts, military and political organisations.
